Web4-star price, 1-star service. Skiing with Crystal in Flaine, staying at the Hotel Flaine. Flys in room, drains made rooms smell, restaurant did not have enough cutlery, plates, or glasses, so ended up eating main of saucers. When you could get plates they were dirty and wet-wipes needed to be used to clean them.
